Does my Gift Card ever expire?
No hidden fees and no expiration date!
The FUNDS on your Gift Card never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please call customer service at 519-966-3100 to get a replacement card and have the existing funds transferred to your new card.

What do I do if my order does not process?
If you have issues completing your order, please contact Customer Service at 519-966-3100.
What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Notify Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.
What if I want to return items purchased with my Gift Card?
Depending on the retailer’s return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns or the funds can be credited back onto your gift card. Please hold onto your card even if it is empty so that the funds can be put back on your card.
